Founded in 1997, the Firm has rapidly grown to comprise 3 offices, all conveniently located in Central, Mongkok and Yuen Long. Currently, the Firm has 7 solicitors and a total staff of about 55 people.

The mission of the Firm is to provide quality yet affordable legal services to the general public. It is firmly believed that only by so doing can Hong Kong people truly enjoy the rule of law.

To allay popular anxiety about hefty legal costs, the Firm has designed fixed costs packages. Clients are informed in advance of the items of legal services to be provided and the cost break-down of such services.

To enhance the transparency of the profession, the Firm is also the first to introduce advertisements in newspapers and magazines, on television and public transport facilities including the MTR and public light buses.

Since 1999, the firm had for a number of years been continuously awarded the internationally recognised ISO 9002 certification. This is a rare achievement among solicitors firms in Hong Kong.

The Firm’s founder, Mr. Paul Tse, is admitted in Hong Kong, England & Wales, Australia and Singapore. He has over 24 years of experience as a barrister and solicitor. He had regularly contributed articles to newspapers and magazine, had 7 books published, interviewed on numerous occasions by newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations. He has hosted very popular law related programs on radio and television. Mr. Tse has been a member of the Legislative Council since 2008.

The Firm offers a wide range of legal services including property, company, commercial contracts, tax planning and opposition, intellectual properties, criminal and civil litigation, arbitration and enforcement, wills and probates, divorce and matrimonial disputes, bankruptcy, winding up, China attestation, civil celebrant of marriages, US, Canadian and Hong Kong immigration matters, etc.

The Firm also successfully achieved the appointment as Provisional Trustees under S.12(1A) of the Bankruptcy Ordinance – Pilot Scheme from May 2008 to April 2012. Our Mr. Wong Yue Chung and our Ms. Tong Mei were appointed as Joint and Several Provisional Trustees of the Bankrupt to perform and carry out all the work and duties outsourced by the Official Receiver’s Office.

The Firm has repeatedly won Innovative Entrepreneur Awards conferred by the Standard Chartered Bank and the East Weekly Magazine.

本行致力推廣法律服務普及化，首創多項定額收費服務，提高法律行業透明度，消除市民對律師收費昂貴疑慮，並率先在報刊、電視、小巴、地鐵刊登廣告，讓市民參考及取捨。

自99年開始，本行曾多年獲頒ISO9002質量國際認可榮譽，為香港法律界罕有。

本行創辦人謝偉俊律師，為香港、英國、澳洲及新加坡註冊大律師及律師，有超過24年資歷，多年來在多份報章、雜誌撰寫法律專欄，出版7本書，主持新城電台「法乎情」及亞洲電視「拍案驚奇」法律常識節目，經常為電視台、電台及報刊解答法律疑難。謝偉俊為現任立法會議員。

本行提供多元化法律服務，包括房地產、公司及商業事項、稅務、知識產權、各類民事及刑事訴訟、仲裁及執行、遺囑及遺產承辦、離婚、破產、中國公証、証婚、美國、加拿大及香港移民事務等。

本行並於2008年獲選加入破產管理處委任為暫行委託人(試驗)計劃。由本行的黃汝仲律師及湯薇律師共同擔任為「臨時破產受託人」，主要負責跟進破產管理處外發之破產案件。
